Case Details

Father Gets Primary Custody of His Children

Our skilled divorce lawyers represented Husband in an Orange County divorce case involving issues of Wife’s mental instability and the need for psychological evaluation in regards to litigation over primary custody

Case Results

We represented Husband in a divorce case involving two minor children and a Wife who tragically seemed to develop a sudden onset of psychological delirium that lead to the children being frightened in her presence and a full custody evaluation by an approved psychologist. Our divorce lawyers were able to successfully keep the children safe in terms of their contact with their mother during the custody evaluation and to establish primary custody with our client. The children stayed in the family residence with Husband and did not have to change schools or have their lives disrupted during the difficult custody proceedings.

Through their professionalism, compassion and just pure kindness, they made this journey for me and my son bearable. I will forever be grateful to them.
