Family Law Attorney, Paralegal or Secretary Jobs and Career Opportunities

Family Law Attorney, Paralegal or Secretary Jobs and Careers

The following are career opportunities currently available at our family law firm. Before you review the opportunity details, we want you to understand the kind of firm you are applying to. We are not a typical family law firm.

Our firm is unique because our partners, B. Robert Farzad, and Yvette Ochoa, are highly selective about the cases we take on and the types of clients we represent.

This firm is not a mill that just takes on anyone who can afford our services. We have strict rules that we do not represent domestic violence abusers, child abusers, those who are in willful violation of court orders, those who use children as leverage, those who are dishonest about financial disclosures or custody issues, or those who have had multiple attorneys before seeking our representation.

The firm seeks an employee who fits the qualifications of the position and is also kind, a team player, hard worker, wants to work in family law, and wants to thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone enjoys working with others at the firm.

Everyone at this firm is treated with respect, including staff, attorneys, and partners.

Our firm:
  1. Manages each person's casework and volume of work carefully.
  2. Has high standards for the work it does on behalf of its clients, so any person who works here at our firm must have the intelligence, integrity, and energy required for the standards to which the firm holds itself.
  3. Is also a champion for victims and survivors of domestic violence and is actively involved in non-profit and pro bono work on behalf of such persons.
