Husband and Father Gets Primary Custody
Husband and father gets primary custody despite mother's alienation attempts
Our divorce lawyers represented husband throughout his dissolution case. He had been married over 20 years with minor children and a community business operated by his wife. Husband was on permanent disability.
Wife tried to alienate their son from him, causing need for a full psychological evaluation and diligent prosecution of our client’s custody and visitation rights during the pendency of the custody evaluation until the final outcome. Husband was awarded primary custody of their son, spousal support and half of the community interest in their two homes and community business. Wife was ordered to pay sanctions to our firm and ultimately closed her business and moved out of the country.
