Husband Defeats Wife's Claims for Unfair Support Amount
We represented husband in a divorce case from a very long marriage with minor children who were already in high school. Husband earned significantly greater income than wife who continued to remain unemployed or only partially employed, resulting in exposure to husband to pay unfair amounts of child support and spousal support.
Our lawyers were able to properly impute income to wife commensurate with her earning capacity and offset some of the community debts against husband's spousal support obligation at trial.
