Wife Obtains An Attorney Fee Order Against Husband in a Divorce

Wife retained us for her divorce case about halfway through her case.

Our divorce lawyers successfully motioned the Court for husband to pay a contribution of wife's attorney's fees and expert costs for her to obtain her own private forensic evaluation of husband's cash flow and value of the community business. The court ordered, over husband's attorney's objection, for husband to pay a reasonable amount in fees and costs to wife to help her prepare for trial.
