Husband and father gets primary custody despite mother's alienation attempts

Our Orange County divorce lawyer, Matthew J. Sundly, represented Husband throughout his dissolution case. He had been married over 20 years with minor children and a community business operated by his Wife. Husband was on permanent disability.

Case Results

Wife tried to alienate their son from him, causing need for a full psychological evaluation and diligent prosecution of our client’s custody and visitation rights during the pendency of the custody evaluation until the final outcome. Husband was awarded primary custody of their son, spousal support and half of the community interest in their two homes and community business. Wife was ordered to pay sanctions to our firm and ultimately closed her business and moved out of the country.

Husband and father gets primary custody

Farzad Law 1851 East 1st Street, #460 Santa Ana, CA 92705 Varied

I had the pleasure of being represented by Mathew and supported by Ashley out the Mission Viejo office. Don’t kid yourself, this is a full service firm with multiple locations and I had regular interactions with Robert, Yvette, etc. They bring all their resources, knowledge and relationships to represent their clients and choosing a firm to fight for your family is one of the most important decisions I’ve ever made. I’m a lawyer myself and don’t throw away money but when you’re in the fight of your life, responding to false allegations, protecting a long standing career/reputation, and fighting for future time with your children, YOU CAN’T AFFORD to cut corners to save a dime or two.
