Father Successfully Defends Against Mother’s Attempt to Obtain Sole Custody

Our Orange County divorce attorneys represented Husband in a family law case involving custody and visitation rights of parents who are active members of the armed forces.

Case Results

We represented Husband in his underlying divorce case involving one minor child and successfully defended him against Wife’s claims of abandonment of child, false allegations of domestic violence, and anger management issues. Our divorce attorneys helped Husband obtain joint legal and joint physical custody in a contested custody trial. Husband then later retained us to successfully defend him against Wife’s post-judgment requests to modify from joint custody to her sole custody and eventually to the appointment of a special master to help resolve custody issues outside of court.

I was referred to the firm by a close friend of mine. From the first phone call to the final court appearance, the professionalism and attention to detail of the staff were nothing short of fantastic. They kept me informed and most importantly, they got me results. I have to thank Matt and Holly most of all, they really got me through a difficult situation. I’d recommend the firm to anyone going through a divorce, custody, separation and want to get the results they know can’t be had without professional help.
