Attorney B. Robert Farzad Gets Results for Disabled Wife in Complex Case

B. Robert Farzad, attorney and firm president, represented Wife in a complex divorce case involving disability, personal injury settlements and their relation to custody and support issues

Case Results

Mr. Farzad represented Wife in a complex divorce case involving minor children, a disabled client, pensions, real estate and other financial issues. Husband filed for support because the minor children resided with him and our client was disabled and receiving benefits from a personal injury settlement recovery.  Mr. Farzad successfully defended Wife at court on the support issues and were able to obtain a settlement wherein Wife would not pay any support and that her personal injury settlement recovery could not be considered income for purposes of support in any future modification proceedings.

Farzad Law 1851 East 1st Street, #460 Santa Ana, CA 92705 Varied

I was represented by Robert Farzad and Matt Sundly in my Domestic Violence / Divorce case. It was a difficult time for me. They were professional and courteous, knowing how emotionally difficult this was for me. Their staff took time to inform me of details on the case, and in the end I was satisfied with the results all due to their efforts. I would say, if you must get a divorce, then consider them. I am glad I did.
